Most orders are completed within 3–7 working days, depending on quantity and complexity.
We accept EFT and cash payments.
Yes, we offer nationwide courier delivery and local collection in Pietermaritzburg.
Courier fees depend on size and destination and will be quoted before payment.
Unfortunately custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
If the error is on our side, we’ll replace the item at no cost. If the error was approved on the proof, unfortunately it will be at the cost of the client.
